Current corona regulations in the casino

With the aim of limiting the spread of the coronavirus to a manageable level and following the recommendations of health authorities, the Robert Koch Institute, and the service authority, normal canteen and catering operations at the KIT sites are restricted.

What is the status of the bistro and casino at the North Campus?

Maintaining a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from other persons, adequate hygiene, wearing a medical mask or a respirator (FFP2 or comparable) in publicly accessible enclosed indoor spaces, and regular ventilation of enclosed spaces are generally recommended.

In the canteen and on the terrace as well as in the bistro, on-site consumption is currently on-site consumption is currently possible without restriction for relatives and external persons.

Canteen hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Bistro at the North Campus opens from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays.

Various seating concepts are offered in all guest areas so that the different needs, spacing and hygiene recommendations of individual guests are equally accommodated.

During the canteen serving time of 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., access to the serving area is regulated.

For hand disinfection, dispensers with disinfectant are available at the staircase, tray and cutlery counter, and at the entrance to the bistro/terrace.
