Open Day

The open day is a science festival for the interested public and marks the start of the Karlsruhe science festival "EFFEKTE". The transfer of science and research into society is the main focus. Under the slogan "Effective at KIT", the KIT guarantees insights into experiments and laboratories at different locations every two years and offers a varied program for young and old with guided tours, a research children's rally, lectures, and participation offers. Internal and external service providers provide food and drink. In addition, a colourful stage programme provides entertainment.
